He put me on hold for 7 minutes because he did not know how to send me the label for the return. He put me on hold several times because he could not answer simple questions. Problems such as this have happened many times before. He then calls me back and continues with the same thing. I hung up because he continued to talk about something besides what I called for. I called Amazon because I had a problem with the 8-inch tablet and the guy kept talking about the 10-inch and kid's even after I reminded him that I had not received them yet and that my problem was with the 8-inch tablet. An 8-inch, 10-inch, and a child's tablet. This pains me to have to say this, but the foreigners that are employed there have a really hard time understanding simple things.
